The staff at check in was friendly.
The coffee maker in my room didn't work, neither did the TV remote.

All in all for the price it was a good experience.

They are very rude and unhelpful!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! THEY ARE RUDE AND EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL!! My heart dropped after I booked this room and then I saw all the horrible reviews. Nevertheless, I thought I would try to go at this with an open mind. I am not a picky person and I almost never complain about anything, but now I see why the ratings are so bad. This hotel (both the owners and corporate helpline) absolutely refuse to "touch" or "do anything with" priceline.com reservations. So, if you get a King Smoking room booked, and you did not want it, you are stuck and they won't even bother changing it for you. EVERY OTHER hotel I booked with on this trip was MORE THAN HAPPY to accommodate and change my room to two doubles and non-smoking. All I can say is that based on the reviews, the staff is one of the worst aspects of this hotel, and I have experienced for myself that this is true. Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you like a rude and unhelpful front desk staff. ...read more

Location and the staff.
The pool is tiny.

If your looking for a clean place to stay right off the freeway this is a good hotel.

Free breakfast.
They charged us extra for a non smoking room even though it said it was only a nonsmoking facility.

I called the day before to make sure my room had two double beds and they mentioned that the rate I got was for a smoking room with one bed and that I would have to pay extra for a nonsmoking room and extra for two beds even though he had availability. The hotel pool and sauna was closed due to renovations. The hot waffles advertised were frozen waffles that you put in the toaster to warm up. The second morning there wasn't enough hot water. We will not stay there again. ...read more
